🧭 How We Roll: Guidelines for Success​

⏰ Your Time, Your Flow​

  • Flex It: Choose working hours that suit your rhythm, ensuring all deadlines and responsibilities are met.
  • Core Sync: Be available for team collaboration between 10:00–14:00 CET. Need adjustments? Discuss with your team via Slack.

💬 Stay Connected & Chatty​

  • Slack is Key: Use designated channels effectively:
    • #general for company-wide updates and wins.
    • #dev for technical discussions.
    • #coaching for guidance and best practices.
    • #finance for funding and budget topics.
    • Direct Messages (DMs) for private conversations.
  • Video Calls: Essential for 1:1s and brief team huddles (aim for efficient meetings, generally max 1 hour/week per recurring sync).
  • Responsiveness: Aim to reply within 24 business hours. Mark urgent matters clearly or use a direct call/mention.

🛠️ Tools of the Trade​

  • Our Platform: Utilize the Inner Journey platform for reflection and progress tracking.
  • Core Tech Stack: Primarily Python, React, Firebase, and Google Cloud Engine (GCE) (e.g., VedAstro components).
  • Documentation: Google Drive is our hub. Digital signing processes TBD.

🏠 Your Productive Space​

  • Your Setup: Ensure you have a safe, ergonomic workspace with reliable, high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download recommended) and sufficient quiet for focused work.
  • Gear Support: We offer a one-time budget of 2,000 SEK towards essential remote work gear (like headsets or webcams). Submit requests to Bo Joel Kvarnsmyr.

  • Switch Off: Respect working hours. Avoid routine after-hours work unless critical and pre-agreed. Downtime is crucial.
  • Generous Time Off: Benefit from our flexible time-off policy, plus 5 extra wellness days per year dedicated to your rejuvenation.
