    • Developer: “Achieve proficiency in Firebase real-time database scaling techniques by the end of Q2 2025.”
    • Coach: “Reach Senior Coach status by successfully conducting 20 client sessions within the next 6 months.”
    • Funding Specialist: “Secure the targeted 465,865 SEK grant from Vinnova by May 31, 2025.”
