  • Action: Prepare and submit compelling grant applications focusing on digital health innovation and regional growth by the end of May 2025.
  • Who: The CEO leads application writing, supported by the Frontperson who will highlight our platform's community impact and user benefits.

Domain Acquisition

  • Goal: Secure the premium domain name innerjourney.com within a budget of 25 000 SEK.
  • Action: Identify the current owner via WHOIS lookup and initiate negotiations promptly in April.
  • Who: The CEO oversees the negotiation and acquisition process.

Astrology API Implementation

  • Goal: Deploy and configure the VedAstro API on Google Compute Engine (estimated cost: 240 SEK/month).
  • Action: Complete installation, testing, and integration by the end of May 2025 to enable core astrological features.
  • Who: The Tech Lead manages the technical implementation with the development team.

Q3 2025 (July–September) 🚀 Acceleration Phase

Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Launch

  • Who: The CEO leads the grant process, with the Frontperson providing compelling evidence of our positive impact on mental health and self-development.

Investor Pitching

  • Goal: Raise 1 000 000–2 000 000 SEK in private capital (angel investors or early-stage VCs).
